Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (or half beef, half lamb)
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Breadcrumbs.
  • 1 Spoonful of Orontes Yogurt.
  • Salt, Pepper & Paprika to taste.
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and Orontes Yogurt. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1–2 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with spaghetti, in subs, or over mashed potatoes.
