ORONTES YOUGURT
Homemade Pizza
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Orontes Yogurt (plain)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce, Orontes Yogurt, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the sauce mixture evenly over your pizza crust.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, and black olives.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and enjoy!
