Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup Orontes Yogurt (plain)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce, Orontes Yogurt, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the sauce mixture evenly over your pizza crust.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, and black olives.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
