ORONTES YOUGURT
Mac & Cheese
- 2 Cups of Macaroni Noodles
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Orontes Plain Yogurt
- 2 Cups of Milk
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
- 2 Tablespoons of Flour
- 1/2 Cup of Breadcrumbs
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Cook the macaroni noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly, until the sauce thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the Orontes Plain Yogurt for extra creaminess.
- Add the cooked macaroni noodles to the sauce and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 400°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly
