Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Macaroni Noodles
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of Orontes Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Cups of Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of Flour
  • 1/2 Cup of Breadcrumbs
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  1. Cook the macaroni noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly, until the sauce thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the Orontes Plain Yogurt for extra creaminess.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni noodles to the sauce and stir to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake at 400°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly
