Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Macaroni Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of Flour
  • 2 cups of Milk
  • 2 cups of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup of Orontes Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of Breadcrumbs
  1. Cook the macaroni noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly, until the sauce thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the Orontes Plain Yogurt for extra creaminess.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni noodles to the sauce and stir to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly
