ORONTES YOUGURT
Broccoli Salad
- 6 cups broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted almonds
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Orontes Plain Yogurt
- Toast seeds & almonds: Heat in a skillet until golden; add a drop of olive oil for easy roasting.
- Mix dressing: Whisk Orontes Yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
- Combine salad: Toss broccoli, red onions, sunflower seeds, almonds, and sun-dried tomatoes in a large bowl.
- Dress and chill: Pour dressing over the salad, toss well, refrigerate for 30 minutes, and serve.
