Ingredients

  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Orontes Plain Yogurt
  1. Toast seeds & almonds: Heat in a skillet until golden; add a drop of olive oil for easy roasting.
  2. Mix dressing: Whisk Orontes Yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
  3. Combine salad: Toss broccoli, red onions, sunflower seeds, almonds, and sun-dried tomatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Dress and chill: Pour dressing over the salad, toss well, refrigerate for 30 minutes, and serve.
