6 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onions
1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped roasted almonds
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup Orontes Plain Yogurt
Toast seeds & almonds: Heat in a skillet until golden; add a drop of olive oil for easy roasting.
Mix dressing: Whisk Orontes Yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
Combine salad: Toss broccoli, red onions, sunflower seeds, almonds, and sun-dried tomatoes in a large bowl.
Dress and chill: Pour dressing over the salad, toss well, refrigerate for 30 minutes, and serve.
